With our technological investments and integrated facility, we reach an annual casting capacity of 1,000 tons and offer flexible and fast solutions to the demands of the industry

Molding

We are at your service with our molding infrastructure integrated with automatic sand preparation and cooling systems with a capacity of 10 tons/hour.

Core Shop

With our 25-liter cold box core machine, Alpha-set system, and refractory dyeing tanks, we cater to complex core demands of up to 100 liters with high precision.

Melting

With our modern induction melting unit with 350 kVA power and 750 kg capacity; We produce pig, ductile iron and special alloy cast iron.

Fettling & Shoot Blasting

We make parts smooth with our advanced sandblasting, grinding and runner separation equipment.

Quality Control

With our dual spectrometer, thermal analysis, and metallographic testing equipment, we meticulously inspect all stages from melt to final product.
