Advanced Technology, Integrated Facility and Capacity

Our integrated production facility in Torbalı, Izmir, which has an annual casting capacity of 1,000 tons, is equipped to meet all the requirements of modern industry:

Modern Melting Technology: With our induction melting unit with 350 kVA power and 750 kg capacity, we produce Pig, Ductile Iron and special alloy cast iron.

Advanced Molding Infrastructure: Thanks to our integrated structure with an automatic sand preparation mixer with a capacity of 10 tons/hour, 100 tons of sand cycle silos, magnetic separators and polygon sand cooling systems; We achieve excellent surface quality in both automatic line and large-size hand molding.

Precision Core Chamber Unit: With our 25-liter cold box (CO2) core machine, Alpha-set system, and immersion refractory paint tanks, we respond to the most complex core demands of up to 100 liters.

Complete Deburring and Cleaning: We make the parts smooth with our 1 ton/hanger capacity cabinet sandblasting machine and precision grinding equipment; We pack and ship them in a way that can directly enter our customers' assembly lines.

Zero Defect Oriented Quality Control Laboratory

With our dual spectrometer (21 and 24 channel optical emission), thermal analysis systems, metallographic sample preparation unit, metal microscope and Brinell hardness measuring instruments, we offer full chemical and mechanical compliance guarantee from melt to final part.
